Large glass frontages look great on hotels but they come with one common issue… heat.

That was exactly the challenge at this Holiday Inn in Newcastle. The reception glazing was allowing too much solar heat into the space, making it less comfortable for guests and staff during brighter days.

The goal was clear:

• Reduce heat build-up
• Cut glare
• Keep the space bright and welcoming

The solution? Dark Reflective Bronze 20.

This film delivers a warm bronze mirrored finish, giving the building a more refined external look while working hard behind the scenes.

As with all reflective films, the privacy effect is strongest during the day. At night, when interior lights are on, visibility from outside can increase.
